Most sites already have the answers.
They're just arranged as pages, for a reader with a mouse. ARIA started from a simple observation: the content is there, and the interface is what's changed.
What we believe
- Grounding over fluency. An assistant that sounds confident and cites nothing is a liability. Every answer ARIA gives points at the page it came from.
- Say what doesn't work. AEO is full of tactics sold on confidence alone. We publish our research, including the parts that say a popular tactic does nothing.
- Measure the thing, not a proxy. If you want to know whether engines cite you, ask them and record the answer. Don't infer it from rankings.
- No rebuild required. A product that needs you to re-platform first isn't solving your problem, it's adding one.
Who we are
ARIA is made by QED Ltd, a small engineering company. The people answering your questions are the people writing the code — which is deliberate, and the reason enterprise conversations start with an engineer.
