Privacy notice
ARIA is operated by QED Ltd. This notice explains what we collect and why, in the order you're likely to care about it.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email and organisation, so you can sign in and be billed.
- Site content — the public pages of domains you've verified, fetched by our crawler so the assistant can answer from them.
- Conversations — questions asked of your assistant, used to answer them and to build your gap analysis.
- Operational logs — enough to run the service securely and debug it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your content or your visitors' conversations to train models for anyone else.
Retention
Crawled pages are kept while the domain stays verified and are removed when you delete it. Conversation records are retained to produce your analysis and then aged out. Account records are kept while your organisation exists, and for as long afterwards as tax law requires.
Processors
We use a small number of subprocessors: a cloud host, a payment provider (Stripe) and a model provider for generating answers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to processing. Write to hello@qedcode.io and we'll respond within one month.
