Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Starter runs on a free band of conversations per month with no payment details at all. A card is only requested when you move to Growth or Scale.
What counts as a conversation?
One visitor session with the assistant, however many messages it contains. Your own testing doesn't count against you.
What happens if I go over the cap?
Chat keeps answering and we tell you. Nothing is cut off mid-conversation and you're never billed a surprise overage.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
