Terms of service
Plain terms for a straightforward product. By using ARIA you agree to these.
The service
ARIA crawls domains you have verified, answers visitors' questions from that content, and reports on how answer engines treat your site. It is provided as a subscription by QED Ltd.
Your responsibilities
- You may only add domains you own or are authorised to act for — verification exists to establish that.
- You're responsible for the content ARIA reads, and for the answers it gives from that content.
- You won't use ARIA to break the law, infringe rights, or attack the service.
Billing
Starter is free within its monthly conversation band. Paid tiers are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate part months.
Availability
We work to keep ARIA available and will tell you about planned interruptions, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless you have a written agreement that says otherwise.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and law
We may change these terms and will give notice of material changes. They're governed by the law of England and Wales.
